I have to say that in my dealings with staff throughout the process for our remodle/addition here at the shop, they have been more than prompt in replying to any needs/questions we have had, and when there were some "issues", they resolved them in a very quick and professional manner.

We had an issue regarding "sight triangles" at our sight and in less than 24 hours the problem was resolved by staff and I had an email from Bill Coleman saying such.

So you're basically saying they did the job they were actually paid to do then?
