This is the final report covering the work by the FY '06 Citizen's Budget Team, headed by Councilman Mike Joyce. Mike has my personal thanks and respect for a job well done. I don't necessarily agree with everything he proposed but I darn well appreciate the effort that went into it and his willingness to listen and engage opposing points of view. Most of all, I appreciate the fact that there are tangible proposals resulting from all our discussions. It's refreshing to see someone on council deliver results (at least proposals for results) and not just drone on about the problems and concerns.
