Well done to the three council members that supported a 30 day delay in condemnation of private property in New Hill for a sewage treatment plant. I'm sorry the vote didn't pass, but the three that voted against the immediate condemnation are to be commended for showing empathy to the concerned residents of New Hill (Cary's SW neighbor). Mr. Joyce obviously felt bad and offered a heartfelt apology to New Hill residents.
