For years Kim Fisher has been doing his job of providing options to the CTC regarding low cost water and wastewater systems. Despite the political static from an often unknowledgable public, he has stuck to his guns and provided long-term, low cost, environmentally sound choices that have allowed Cary to be the leader in this contentious area where everyone is an "expert". Furthermore, he has done his job in a professional and transparent manner.
