What the heck are they doing? Feng Shui on that Turd Treatment Plant?
This is an Ulma special. Multiple paragraphs void of content, wrapped in bureaucratic gobbleydegook meant to block effective citizen oversight of city actions.
Whoever wrote that document should be fired or assigned remedial freshman English writing courses at Wake Tech.
The purpose of communication is to convey information from A to B in an efficient and expeditious fashion. It is NOT to pump up the ego of a government staffer by allowing them to deploy multisyllable words they don't understand in paragraphs that have no meaning.
