Very intresting...I though that Tom McCuiston was a little out of line ( I am working on Jennifer's campaign) by standing in front of her during the final comments. Otherwise there were no shocking revelations...except for how sharp Curt Stangler seems.

Thanks for the update. I was ill last night and could not make the meeting last night.
Tom used the same power play at the Glennaire forum. He was the only candidate to stand during his closing statement and he moved to stand in front of the table where both Jennifer and Ed were sitting. I thought it was a pretty bold move. If Jennifer did not pick up on the power of it the first time it was used . . . .

He did not stand in front of the table. He stood in front of Jennifer. The way that the forum was set up...Tom was set up on the outside. I dont think Jennifer could have stood up and walked around with out looking dorky. But you're right...she should have seen it coming, Im just not sure what she could have done to stop it.

Who closed first? Jennifer or Tom?

You are correct - she should have seen it coming and planned for it.
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
This way most debates have rules that are agreed to ahead of time such as "Speakers will remain seated." or "Speakers will not leave their podium." It is all about the little power plays. Don't forget, your opponent is an attorney.

He did not stand in front of the table. He stood in front of Jennifer.
Jennifer was sitting behind the table. To stand in front of Jennifer he had to stand in front of the table.
Tom did nothing out of disrespect - every forum I have been to he has stood up - it's his style I guess. If anything, I saw Tom struggle during the forum to NOT be negative towards Jennifer (although I aint saying he was "nice" either).
