One of the area's best kept secrets, if you like Italian foods. CapriFlavors is an importer of various Italian foods and distributes to most of the Italian restraunts thoughout the State. They also have a small retail operation on site. For instance, they have 25 types of olive oil, 15 types of meats, various coffees and cheeses, and lots of different Italian candies and preserves. You like pasta, they have several speciality brands. I could go on, but trust me, take a few minutes someday and check it out -- you won't be disappointed. Costanzo & Titina Vuotto are very customer orientated and will be glad to meet you.
Also, adding to the joys of CapriFlavors, Titina Vuotto gives Italian cooking lessons on site (they have a full blown kitchen behind the store).
These lessons make a great gift for that special someone. Chow!

Hmmmm, this could be a fun night for some of the CP regulars plus spouses to get togather and cook (Titina can take up to 10 students per session)
