Rono - most of us who live in Cary have been asking this question for years.
Who really runs Cary, i.e., actually makes the decisions? Is it the Mayor and Town Council or Mr. Coleman and Staff? Who really "wags the dog" in Cary?
My vote goes to the people under the robes at the Cary "Chamber of Secrets" who in turn, answer to the people in better robes at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh.
