Make a difference in Cary's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ), the area for which the Town of Cary has planning and zoning authority that is not within the Town's corporate limits. Volunteer to represent the ETJ on the Planning and Zoning Board that advises the Town Council on land use, zoning and development issues. One applicant will be selected from Cary's ETJ to fill a vacancy for an unexpired term ending on Feb. 1, 2010. Applications are being accepted through Friday, April 4.
