A good family movie (PG-13) about generational relationships. (Some limited nudity, suggestive reference and one fight scene). A father (Albert Finney) is dying and his estranged adult son really wants to know who his father really is. Thoughout his life the son has listened to his father's story; many of which are "hard to believe." The movie is shown through a series of flashbacks of the father's life. To make the movie even more interesting, it is directed by Tim Burton; many critics consider this to be his best work. Southern writing at it best; cause southern writing is about storytelling.
