It's not in Cary, it's in Puerto Vallarta.
The food is great, service is excellent, and beer is 15 peso (just over a dollar).
Great place, he's from Chicago so there are White Sox banners everywhere. Ballgames on numerous tv's so you can keep up with baseball on ESPN.
The only problem, the SOB is from Chicago. There are Cub banners everywhere and the logo for the restraunt is a copy of the Cubs big C logo.
