The other item was pulled so that “Bud” Llama could get more camera time. He stated that Staff had tried to slip something by the county commissioners, but had failed, because the county Staff was “more clever than we had thought”. Therefore, Llama recommended that Council ignore Staff’s sneaky ploy and give them a chance to “find another way that we can pull one over on the county”.

Marla asked if it would be possible to restrict the lighted signs to saying “Open” and specifically disallow lighted signs that say “Marla is a meddling RINO".
