In case you missed the news broadcast, Mayor McAlister and his challenger, former Cary Councilman Harold Weinbrecht ("hw") were interviewed by our own NBC17_Chris - see it here...

I see that Mayor Chamber O'Commerce's penchant for deceptive half-truths hasn't changed.

Seems to me that the Mayor needs to take a look at the Charts that AdminH provided on another thread. I'm sure NBC-17 will come back and record Mayor Ernie saying "whoops, me bad." (And John "Silky Pony" Edwards will be President in 2009....   )

Wuptdo

If Edwards were elected, the best real estate would be cliffside!

While you may not view it as a positive development, John Edwards as President is hardly reason enough to jump.

Provided you survive the jump, I'm sure John Edwards can refer you to a good attorney who will file a lawsuit on your behalf against the owners of the cliff, claiming that the 'danger' sign they erected was not enough to protect the public, and that you are entitled to $8.7M.

Good news, bad news.... 1) I'm not leaving the country, but 2) there wouldn't be enough left of a country to leave if this tragedy were actually to take place!
