That's not what put him in the Penalty Box although I now have to consider that you interpreted it that way :-/ What put him in the Penalty Box was comparing Obama to a chimp after he'd been asked not to do that and then abusing the infraction system after he was flagged for it. The "Penalty Box" notation is an indicator of his status - not of the actual post. All his posts will show him in the Penalty Box until he emerges at 2pm on Saturday.
