"This land is your land, this land is my land, from Kalifornia to the New York Isle.........This land is made for you and me, unless you live in North Carolina then you are totally screwed......."
2008 Property Rights Voters Guide (http://www.ncpropertyrights.com/2008voterguidenchouse.htm)
I don't know what is worse about elected demokrats in North Carolina, the arrogance or elitism.

Seems like Dems, especially state legislators in Wake County, are making a habit of not responding to surveys. I have experienced this 'dodging the question' firsthand, not a very good display of leadership.

Here in 36, my vote goes to Dollar, but kudos to Swanstrom for answering the questions.

Agreed, and credit to Al for also answering the NC Education Forum survey. What every happened to disclosure and accountability with our state legislators?

Incumbents take certain endorsements for granted. Incumbents don't want to go on record stating a particular position on a particular issue. Many candidates, especially incumbents, don't respond to surveys from organizations they tend not to agree with or don't expect to receive endorsements from.
And that is more of the same.
Re-elect incumbents, expect more of the same.

Well, I guess StanN has given us a strong personal statement as being opposed to property rights....
Given the mall's reliance on the public's taxes in order to conduct their business, their property rights should be limited to measures that prevent campaigners from bothering their customers.
So again I ask, is this the kind of County Commissioner you want in Wake County?
