I have heard rumors of two people... but I don't think either of them will.

I know one very strong candidate who is considering it. We discussed the possibility Wednesday night while at a fundraiser for another State legislator.

It will be very hard to unseat Dollar in 2010. He knows how to use every resource available to him to secure a victory.

He won by 1% or less in both 2008 and 2006. I wouldn't call that a romp. The right candidate can still beat him.

I am convinced that two candidates in 2008 could have won election or closed the gap a lot more if not for the mess over at BOTH mall voting locations.

Sounds like mall voting locations were a bad choice as no electioneering was permitted. I gather you are referring to Cary Town Center for Dist. 36. What was the other mall location?

Who's running against Dollar? Swanstrom? Anyone else yet?
