As of tonight's meeting, I am pretty sure that Council has spent more time on CIRC issues than CIRC has...

As of tonight's meeting, I am pretty sure that Council has spent more time on CIRC issues than CIRC has...
hmmm....I think the great chicken debate may have taken more....close yes....but chickens definitely consumed a lot of CIRC time...(I won't say how I feel about my tax dollars being spent on staff to support that entire discussion)
