Developer Gerald “Pave it” Spinner stated that “there was a big to-do because we tried to put a road through a waterfall”. Marla asked if the road would have gone to the park; Spinner responded, “We never wanted this road. No one would approve it, and there were waterfalls. Like Niagara even”. Jennifer said that she had gotten an e-mail from a peasant who was trying to hide, and that was probably going to continue. Julie then asked why the roads were no longer needed...
