Cathy - In some cases weird works, Edward Scissorhands, Big Fish and Nightmare before Christmas, Sleepy Hallow - all great flicks. One of my kids had to read "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" in 6th grade; he told me it was "dark" story. So he thinks Tim Burton will be more true to the original story. We shall see.
