Two items had been pulled from the Banning & Devilment committee report. The first item, Gropewell Macadamia, was pulled, according to Michael Joyce, because it was printed on paper that was much too large to fit in a binder, and instead, it needed to be placed on a table. This was approved unanimously, of course. The second item that was pulled was the Healthy Neighborhoods program. This is a program in which people who live in the Town Center have to invite Council members or Staff members to dinner, and the people from the Town insist that everyone eat a balanced meal, using the Food Pyramid, helping to ensure healthy neighborhoods. Nels Roseland said that he pulled the item because he wanted to expand the program to include some neighborhoods in his district so that he could get a free, healthy meal more often.
