I found these on the net. They are on the expensive side, but at least take a look.

I am lost without my morning brew. 40% dark roast columbian, 40% french roast and 20% moch-java. Blend my own at Freshmarket in Cary. They have a big turnover and the coffee is freshly roasted. I think it is the best in town and I have stopped importing beans from a roaster in Texas.

Make the coffee in a french press as filter paper takes out all the good stuff. Try it sometime....

Mr. Stan,

Nice to meet another real coffee lover. I am lost without my early morning, late morning, noon, and early evening (but never at dusk!) brew. I have Nescafe instant (Folger's Crystals on the weekend!). I guess you could call this 72% Nescafe, 18% Folger's Crystals. I blend my own in my personalized coffee mug ("World's Best Cat Owner", a Father's Day 1997 gift from Muffkins). I heat up Cary tap water in my English-style teapot, and I enjoy whistling along when it boils. I sometimes have a medium-sized crumpet, but have never had a big turnover. The coffee is freshly toasted, and I have stopped importing beany-weenies from a toaster in Oklahoma.

Make the coffee in a really stained Norwegian mug, as notebook paper takes out all the sludgy stuff.
