...and good column by Harold on the same topic. Unfortunately, it will make no difference...Council is going to pass the impact fee reduction (Nels characterizes a 30% reduction as a "minor adjustment" or something like that! :roll: ), and they'll probably do it with no discussion, as it is on the consent agenda.

In the same issue of the paper, it was noted that Morrisville has wised up and will be raising their impact fees to levels comparable to Cary. Cary apparently is returning to the past. Jack says we'll be "open for business"...indeed -- developers, please come to Cary and "give us the business!"

Tell me once again why the #1 place on the east coast has to cater to developers by reducing our fees/increasing their profits???

I suggest that everyone be on the lookout for runaway bulldozers.
