How about a "Bad Buys" folder as well?
I just got a notice from the storage company I use that they are now demanding their customers fork over an additional 8 bucks per month, MINIMUM for "insurance" on stored goods.
Needless to say I am writing them a letter and will be there in person to protest and move my stuff out post haste rather than submit to this nonsense.
Some businesses don't know how to NOT alienate paying customers.
