“Bill “Bill” Coleperson said, Listen, she’s coming, she just hasn’t gotten here yet. I figured that Peasants Speak Out would take longer, so I told her to go out and have a nice dinner. She’s on her way, so if Council can just stall for a few minutes, we should be fine”. Julie Robison responded, “I can take that. I’ll talk about the EPA and data points for about 20 minutes” (which she did).
