“Cary voters turned out in droves (as in “a couple voters”) to approve the bonds. Town Manager Bill “Bill” Coleperson beamed as he stated, “We love it when the voters approve bonds, because all we have to do is issue some of the bonds, and they give us truckloads of money! Because of prudent planning, the new Town Hall Palace includes several large storage areas where we can keep the cash, and we intend to fill ‘em up! This will increase the quality of life for Cary citizens by 14 farthings.”
